Weston Body Hardware prides itself on our in-house Design and Engineering teams based in the UK. Our team will provide excellent product designs which will be cost effective, robust engineered solution to you specific needs and requirements. We can include any design and styling specification to compliment the products location.

We can also offer in-house testing to determine cycle life, environmental durability to temperature, UV and salt spray corrosion. Finite element analysis (FEA) and ultimate load test ratings.

Material choice is key to a well-engineered product, our expertise and extensive knowledge allows us to assist our clients with the material and surface protection choices. Thus we ensure that the product is durable, reliable and aesthetically pleasing.

The Design and Engineering team will oversee a project from first quote through to first off production parts. Working closely with our quality team to deliver a finalised design complete with Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) and Production part approval process (PPAP) certification.
